Private traditional boat trip: Chania City Tour
You will be able to swim around the island of Lazareta.
We start with our boat from the old port of Chania and we head to Lazareta, where you will be able to swim. Lazareta was used in the 17th century as a shelter for the city’s lepers and took its name from Lazarus, the patron of lepers. You can still see the foundations of buildings demolished by the Ottomans in 1645, while in some places you will see fragments from bombs. Lazareta is an island with a sandy beach and crystal clear waters that many people visit to explore.
Experience the most beautiful parts of Crete! Your amazing tour ends with a comfortable transfer back to Chania.
